UN admits responsibility for cholera in Haiti, but delayed an action plan

In 2010, Haiti experienced a cholera outbreak believed to be brought in by UN Aid workers, and though controversy surrounds the possibility of climate or natural ecosystem dynamics mediating the outbreak, the primary cause is the contamination caused by UN Aid workers.
